Bakery and grills, as one of the subdivisions under DRIMAGIL FOODS is unique food service company, known with the production of quality bread, pastries, cakes, muffins, grills of all sorts and other special menus carefully made from organic foods. It is known for its exquisite service from professional food experts from diverse background and cultures to achieve a great service of ‘quality food’ and ‘great taste’ our customers certainly deserve, therefore achieving global standards.
The DRIMAGIL FOODS is a food- based company for human satisfaction and growth with different areas of business and it excellently sprouted into five; Bakery and Grills- a one stop shop for special bread, all things bakery and grills, DRIMAGIL WATER- a Premium Bottling Arm company that is into the hygiene production of water, beverages, red oil and honey uniquely, DRIMAGIL FOODS processing or packaging- which deals in the processing and packing Food Condiments and/or ingredients, DRIMAGIL Stores- Groceries and DRIMAGIL Restaurants (The Basement).
DRIMAGIL FOODS is a subsidiary to Divine Resources Improvement and Agro-Allied Industries Limited (DRIMAGIL) which is an agricultural firm with a heart for the green revolution of Africa. Through research, development and technology transfer initiatives, we are positioned to deliver 21st century solutions to farming, production, processing and distribution of agricultural produce across the continent.
Via our Farms (Rehoboth Farms), we seek to ensure the sustainable provision and prompt delivery of our organically grown foods and processed/packaged food products to local, regional and international markets. These products include, but are not limited to Poultry, Fisheries, Snails and Livestock just to mention a few.

DR. CHUKS ADIZUE ( CEO DRIMAGILS FOODS)
Dr. Chuks Adizue is the Chief Executive Officer and the master mind behind Bakery and Grills, a unique service under DRIMAGIL FOODS.
Dr. Chuks is the Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer, Chukwudoh Group – a group of companies under a single pavilion with a common vision to provide goods and services that makes life easy and businesses thrive while constantly improving systems that stand out in efficient service delivery and superior quality. Dr. Chuks, due to his wealth of experience, has being greatly immersed in businesses such as construction, media services, prints, mechanized farming and food processing.
He is blessed with shrewd business acumen and a passion for Economy building projects and Initiations, Agro-business with robust participation in different Value Chains.
Dr. Chuks deriving an unusual pleasure and drive from nature, has built one of the largest fish farm and Agro companies that produces as well as process organic quality catfish into packaged “Ready to eat” smoke dry catfish with the brand name “DRIMAGILS AZU-NDU” – An exceptional farm produce with renounced global acceptance.
Dr. Chuks bringing to bear, his over 20 years’ experience in organizational building, has further increased his contribution to National Growth by delving into major Food segment of his many businesses; Bakery and Grills, Bottling, Food condiments packaging, Groceries, Restaurants.
With no modicum of in-disciple and exhibiting great virtue of integrity, Dr. Chuks, an indigene of Anambra and a graduate of Imo State University has a heart of Gold in giving back to the society by providing an opportunity for young stars on board in his business and thereby proffering solutions to nation’s wealth.
MRS IFEOMA CHUKS-ADIZUE (THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mrs Iphie C-Adizue is the Executive Director of Bakery and Grills and is an effective and efficiently seasoned commercial professional with in-depth experience in Brand Management, Sales, and Media. She garnered over 17 years’ experience building brands, people and businesses across Africa and within global FMCG companies.
After so much exploits in impacting, she is currently an Executive Director Commercial in one of the Leading Public Liability Companies, where she is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to deliver the business growth agenda and her expertise has not been undermined.
Prior now, she has done enormously well as she has been responsible for the growth of businesses across Nigeria and Ghana as well as leading the Equity and Innovation agenda for the category across the Middle East and Africa.
Mrs Iphie actively worked with Procter & Gamble for over 12-years, holding various senior sales and marketing roles. Mrs Iphie holds a distinctive degree in Economics from the University of Jos, Nigeria.
BARRISTER JASON SHAW, THE LEGAL PRACTITIONER
Jason Shaw Esq. is a consummate professional who is dedicated to the delivery of sound professional legal advice in corporate practice and has being an elegance of intelligence as the legal practitioner to Bakery and Grills in the organization.
He was a successful business mogul before being called to the Nigerian Bar. The combined hands-on effect of practical and theoretical knowledge he has garnered over the past 10 years in both the corporate world and legal practice has earned him a knack for giving sound professional advice, which has paved way for a stable and outstanding results in so many organizations today.
MR EROMOSELE OMODIAGBE (THE CHIEF FINANCE PERSON)
Mr. Eromosele Omodiagbe, the Chief Finance Person at Bakery and Grills is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with over 25 years professional working experience in Insurance, NGO, stock brokering, electronic payment switching Industry and Retail of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
He started his working career with American International Insurance Company Limited (AIICO) in 1987, where he excellently attained the post of an Internal Auditor before joining World Mission Agency also known as Living Faith Church in 1997 as an Accountant where he was appointed as
Director, Finance and Budget and was instrumental in setting up and executing the accounting policies and procedures of the Organization he resigned to join Value line Securities and Investment Limited in 2007.
He has worked as an internal auditor at Value Line Securities and at so many other reputable organization. He was the Financial Controller of Addas Ultimate Limited operators of Addas Mall. He is a Pastor at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland Ota.
All other Bakery and Grills team includes the Relationship Manager, the leadership Team and Management Team- Commercial Manager, Production/Quality Assurance, Head of Sales, Professional Chefs, and other members of the staffs.
